The Challenge
HoX wanted to streamline process capabilities across operations, while ensuring each business area could engage forward-thinking strategies and practical solutions. The challenge was aligning varied operational needs, data flows, and priorities into a cohesive, scalable approach without disrupting day-to-day performance.
Our Solution
MET designed a four-stage program: understanding the specific challenges of each business unit, creating a short-list of solutions with clear costs, agreeing priorities, and supporting adoption and integration. Collaborative workshops encouraged debate, challenged assumptions, and nudged each stage towards stronger, more joined-up outcomes.
The Outcome
The program streamlined essential data processing and reporting, improved visibility of consumer trends and sales performance, and strengthened forecasting accuracy. By bringing data together across operations, HoX could identify larger issues faster, make better-informed decisions, and build a more connected, insight-led operation.
