Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing to work with me. To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, the following rules apply to bookings made through this website. 1. Booking All sessions must be booked in advance through the online booking system. Full payment (or deposit, if agreed) is required to secure your booking. You will receive confirmation by email once your booking is complete. 2. Rescheduling You may reschedule a session up to 48 hours in advance at no additional cost. Requests to reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice will be treated as a cancellation (see below). 3. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are fully refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable. If you need to cancel but wish to rebook, you may do so under the rescheduling rules above. 4. No-Shows If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, no refund or credit will be provided. 5. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notifying me, the session will be considered a no-show. 6. My Commitment I will honour all confirmed bookings and provide as much notice as possible if I need to reschedule. In the unlikely event that I must cancel, you will receive a full refund or the option to rebook at no extra charge. 7. Agreement By booking a session, you agree to these terms.
